Introduction

Chopped Strand Mat is made of fiberglass chopped strands that are dispersed evenly

and boded with powder binder or emulsion binder. It's compatible with unsaturated

polyester, vinyl ester, phenolic and epoxy resins.

Application

It's widely used in hand lay up and robot process such as bathroom equipment,car parts vessels, boat hulls, desks, swimming pools, seating, water tanks, chemical storage tanks, pipes, housings, shrounds and corrugated sheetings

Package:

CSM is wound onto a cardboard tube whose inside diameter is 89mm (3.5"). It's wrapped with plastic film and packed in carton whose outside dimention is about 280mm. Either 16 or 12 cartons packed on one pallet. The cartons on the lower pallets are vertically placed while those on the uper pallets are horizontally placed.

Storage:

Stored under dry, cool and rain-proof condiction. Temperature not exceeding 25℃ and humidity not exceeding 65%.
